Process Perspective: Standard print uses single/two-color screen printing supporting ≥6pt small fonts with low plate cost and simple registration. Substrate: 50 μm BOPP film. Low ink coverage maintains core performance: 180° peeling strength 8.25 N/25mm, holding force 24h, tensile strength 95.05 N/25mm, thickness 50μm (tolerance ±2μm). Semi-hollow print combines solid and hollow areas with registration ≤0.5mm for precise edge finishing.
Application Scope: Standard print for general industrial packaging, basic e-commerce sealing, logistics warnings, and small-to-medium batches. Semi-hollow print for mid-to-high-end logos, anti-fake marks, clear packaging display, and differentiated sealing.
Stability Risks: Standard print has low risk with stable ink adhesion. Semi-hollow print has low-to-moderate risk with slight curling potential if edge finishing is poor. Both maintain stable performance under normal use conditions.
